1. Agreement

   Thousand & One ('we') provides Datatone apps, widgets and website for general information. Use means acceptance of these terms. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Information and limits

   Transport fares, timetables, ETAs, station accesses, maps, weather and flight data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, changed or unavailable; real-time accuracy or authoritative completeness is not guaranteed. Check the relevant operator, airport or airline for travel, safety and fares. Flight displays are not boarding credentials or a substitute for airline instructions. Notifications, reminders, widgets and Live Activities depend on network, OS permissions/background limits and sources; delivery is not guaranteed.

3. Subscriptions

   The Apple App Store/Google Play purchase screen specifies the applicable plan, price, currency, billing period, trial/offer and included features. Features may include ad removal and those shown at purchase, varying by platform/version; do not rely on a fixed price elsewhere. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew/charge under store rules unless cancelled through the store within its deadline. Manage/cancel, restore eligible purchases and request refunds through the relevant store procedures. Cancellation normally stops future renewal, not an automatic refund. Uninstalling/deleting data does not cancel subscriptions; cancellation does not automatically erase data.

4. Rights and sources

   We retain rights in our own software/original materials. Third-party data, maps, airline names/logos, music, images and other content remain subject to their owners' rights and licences. Not all content is government open data; missing attribution does not mean government ownership or unrestricted reuse. Marks identify services without implying endorsement. A disclaimer is not a copyright/trademark licence. Using Datatone grants no redistribution rights to third-party content; lawful rights and permissions remain unaffected.

5. External services and use

   Ads and links do not endorse third-party goods, services or claims; review their terms/privacy practices. Use lawfully; do not bypass security, misuse personal data or disrupt services. We may correct, update or suspend features/data for operational, security or legal reasons. Revised terms are dated and further notice is given where required; material paid-plan changes remain subject to law and store rules.

6. Liability

   Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, services/data are provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation or suitability. Liability limitations/exclusions do not exclude non-excludable consumer/statutory rights or liabilities. Where lawful, you are responsible for reasonable losses/costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or breach; this does not require indemnity for our own fault or non-excludable liabilities.

7. Law and contact

   Hong Kong SAR law applies, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules applicable to you. Contact datatonehk@gmail.com. English prevails over Chinese in a conflict, without limiting statutory rights.
